Prices are dependant on number of guests - beds and linen will be made up according to the number of guests requested. No additional guests allowed, or sleeping on the sofa.

We do allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. Owners must bring dog bowls and keep dogs on the lead in the garden as we have cats in the shared garden.

The house is very family friendly and we can usually lend most things to avoid packing too much when travelling with kids. Let us know if you need to use the travel cot, baby bath, high chair or need some toys.

No parties, however small family gatherings are certainly allowed as long as we get the heads-up!
